There are 2 current merch lines: Groundwalker Fitness and Groundwalker Designs.

Groundwalker Fitness is 100% Cotton Athletic Wear (Hoodie is a Cotton – Hybrid Blend) that focuses on Discipline and Consistency in the Gym. Customers will be able to trade in their Old Merch after 6-9 weeks of use along with Videos of their lifting progress for a discount on new merch with an upgraded lifting schedule on the back with additional identifying marks signifying your progress.

Groundwalker Designs is a similar 100% Cotton functional wear for artists or creators that prefer utility along with their clothing. T-Shirts with Pockets as well as tougher jean shirts, for use inside of the garage/shop are the main focus.

I am currently a small creator with no mass-produced merch company. I make everything myself and ship it out myself. I am transparent about my prices and the cost of shipping so that you as the customer better understand my pricing. One day I look forward to bringing down the prices and stream lining the process. Until then I am just trying to make it work and I hope you understand and appreciate my honesty.

Merch is produced by Vista Print and Shipped with USPS Flat Rate Priority (For Delicate Items like Hats), and USPS Ground for soft items that can handle being tossed around (clothing). Estimate about $10 for shipping with
Soft” Items. Bump that to $20/25 for multiple item purchases.

I can’t get over how nice this shirt feels. It’s got a traditional Polo feel on the outside however has a sleek and soft inside. Embroidered Patch and Name look incredible IMO. Expensive because of the high quality and feel.

The Athletic Tee’s are broken down into Push/Pull/Leg/Recovery Days (As shown in the Slideshow below) Perfect for Men, Cut is higher on the Arms, showing off the Pump. Slight V-Neck shows off the Chest/Necklace. I personally can’t get over how well these fit and feel. I’m 5″11 200 Lbs and wear a Large.
